Shipping policy
Grail&Glow is operated by Pratham Yadav, trading as Grail&Glow, based in the United Kingdom. All orders are fulfilled from stock we hold ourselves in the UK.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
During busier periods (such as sales events or holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer. If this happens, we'll do our best to notify customers of any delay.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

We primarily ship using Royal Mail, though we may occasionally use an alternative courier depending on order size, destination, or availability.
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur once a parcel leaves our hands, particularly during peak periods.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over £35 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders under £35 are charged a flat shipping rate of £2.99 at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's progress.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@grailglow.co.uk so we can look into it with the courier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@grailglow.co.uk and we'll do our best to amend it before dispatch.
