Terms of Service — Grail&Glow

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Grail&Glow website (the "Site") or placing an order. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Grail&Glow is a trading name of Pratham Yadav, a sole trader operating in the United Kingdom.

As a sole trader, Pratham Yadav is personally responsible for the operation of this business.

2. Products

We sell skincare and beauty products sourced from third-party brands. We are an authorised/independent retailer of these products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of the brand manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are accurate and up to date. However:

  • Product formulations may change and packaging may vary from images shown
  • Colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen than in person
  • We recommend checking the ingredient list on the physical product upon receipt, particularly if you have allergies or sensitivities

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Stock unavailability after an order has been placed

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs, timeframes, and delivery areas are set out in our [Shipping Policy](https://grailglow.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refund process is set out in our [Returns Policy]https://grailglow.co.uk/policies/refund-policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, certain opened or used skincare/cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or not as described.

7. Loyalty Programme

Grail&Glow operates an optional points-based loyalty programme through a third-party provider (Smile.io). Participation is voluntary. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding third-party product images and brand trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners), is owned by or licensed to Grail&Glow and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grail&Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or products purchased, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

As a sole trader, Pratham Yadav is personally liable for the operation of this business; this clause does not limit any statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including Judge.me (reviews), Smile.io (loyalty), and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
